مدل سازی حساسیت زمین لغزش با الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین جنگل تصادفی در آبخیز سد رئیسعلی دلواری
هدف از این پژوهش مدلسازیکردن مکانی حساسیت زمینلغزش با الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین جنگل تصادفی و اولویتبندی کردن عاملهای موثر بر وقوع آن در آبخیز سد رئیسعلی دلواری است. نقشهی پراکنش زمینلغزشهای منطقه با بازدیدهای صحرایی و بانک اطلاعات زمینلغزشهای کشور تهیه شد. در مجموع از 279 زمینلغزش شناختهشده 70% (195) آن برای مدلسازی و 30% (84) مانده برای ارزیابی مدل بهکاربرده شد. لایههای اطلاعاتی ارتفاع، جهت شیب، درجهی شیب، انحنای سطح، انحنای نیمرخ، شاخص رطوبت پستیوبلندی، فاصله از شبکهی آبراه، تراکم زهکشی، فاصله از گسل، فاصله از جاده، زمینشناسی و شاخص تفاضلی پوشش گیاهی بهنجارشده انتخاب شد. مدل جنگل تصادفی بر اساس ارتباط بین متغیر وابسته (زمینلغزشها) و متغیرهای مستقل (عاملهای موثر) در نرمافزار R و با بستهی نرمافزاری Random Forest اجرا، و نقشهی حساسیت زمینلغزش تهیه شد. مدل با بهکاربردن منحنی تشخیص عملکرد نسبی و 30% از دادههای لغزشی بهکاربردهنشده در فرآیند مدلسازی ارزیابی شد. نتایج ارزیابی نشاندهندهی دقت عالی مدل جنگل تصادفی 0/983 (3/98%) بود. اولویتبندی عاملهای موثر اهمیت درجهی شیب، ارتفاع، انحنای نیمرخ، فاصله از جاده و واحدهای سنگشناسی را نشانداد. بنابراین بهنظر میرسد که نقشهی حساسیت زمینلغزش تهیهشده ممکن است نقش بسزایی در تصمیمگیریهای مدیران برای آمایشکردن سرزمین و مدیریتکردن جامع آبخیز سد رئیسعلی دلواری داشته باشد.

تحلیل منطقهیی خشکسالی های آبشناختی در استان آذربایجان شرقی
گسترش خشکسالیها ذاتاً ناحیهیی است. شرایط بحرانی در دورههای خشکی زمانی اتفاق میافتد که کمبود شدید منابع آبی به مدت طولانی در منطقهی وسیعی رخ بدهد. بنابراین، بررسی منطقهیی خشکسالی و نه ایستگاهی آن، سبب بهدستآوردن درک کاملتری از این پدیده میشود. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل منطقهیی خشکسالیهای آبشناختی استان آذربایجان شرقی در بازهی زمانی 45 ساله (95-1351) و بررسی 25 ایستگاه آبسنجی با توزیع مکانی مناسب در این استان اجرا شد. شناخت مناطق همگن آبشناختی در استان آذربایجان شرقی با روش تجزیهی خوشهیی سلسلهمراتبی در نرم افزار SPSS بر مبنای متغیرهای مستقل مساحت، محیط، طول آبراه اصلی، شیب آبراه اصلی، تراکم زهکشی، ضریب شکل حوزه، مجموع شبکهی آبنمود (هیدروگرافی)، شیب متوسط وزنی حوزه، بیشینه، کمینه، میانگین ارتفاع حوزه و طول آن انجام شد. تحلیل فراوانی و برازش توزیع احتمال متغیرهای وابسته (مدت و شدت دورههای خشکسالی آبشناختی) بر مبنای دورهی بازگشت دو ساله به تفکیک برای هر ایستگاه آبسنجی انجام شد. تحلیل عاملی با روش PCAدر نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد. مناسببودن دادهها برای تحلیل عاملی با ضریب KMO ارزیابی گردید. مقدار این ضریب برای دادهها 546/0 برآورد شد، که بیانگر مناسببودن دادهها برای تحلیل عاملی بود. نتیجهی تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که محیط، ارتفاع و شکل آبخیز بهترتیب 40/13، 26/42 و 13/12، و در مجموع 79/68% در تبیین پراش متغیرها موثر است (بیشترین نقش را در پهنهبندی دارد). نتیجهی تحلیل منطقهیی با وایازی گامبهگام نشان داد که فراسنجههای محیط، ارتفاع متوسط و ضریب شکل آبخیز نقش تعیینکنندهیی در برآوردکردن شدت و مدت خشکسالیها با دورهی بازگشت دوساله در استان آذربایجان شرقی دارد. در کمبود ایستگاههای آبسنجی در بیشتر آبخیزهای استان، رابطههای منطقهیی آوردهشده در این تحقیق میتواند در برآوردکردن مشخصههای خشکسالیهای آبشناختی آبخیزهای بی دادهی مشاهدهیی روانآب سطحی بهکار رود.

ارزیابی توان رسوب زایی سازندهای آبخیز خانقاه سرخ ارومیه با شبیه ساز باران
فرسایش یکی از عمدهترین عاملهای اتلاف آب و خاک است. دلیل اصلی ناموفقیت در مهارکردن فرسایش ممکن است کمبودن آگاهی از این پدیده و شناخت آن باشد. ارزش خاک فراوان است و جابهجاشدن اجزای تشکیلدهندهی آن مشکلهای بعدی درپیدارد، بنابراین معضل فرسایش باید ریشهیابی و مهار شود. لازم است که حساسیت سازندها به فرسایش مشخص کرده شود تا بتوان بهوسیلهی آن فرسایشپذیری سازندهای مختلف را مشخص کرد. در این پژوهش توان رسوبزایی سازندهای حوزهی خانقاه سرخ ارومیه را با دستگاه شبیهساز باران مدل BSTF بررسی شد. در هریک از سازندها رسوب خاک در دو شدت بارندگی 40 و 50 میلیمتر بر ساعت و در دو شیب 13-0 و 25-13% اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین میزان رسوب بهترتیب در سازند OML (آهکی ریفی معادل قم) (107/4گرم) و سازند CM (آمیزهی تکتونیکی) (4 گرم) ایجاد شده است. سازند OML بهدلیل بههمراه داشتن لایهی آهکرسی که مقاومت متوسط تا ضعیفی در مقابل فرسایش دارد، باعث تولید بیشترین رسوب شده است، و کمترین رسوب در سازند CM است که مقاومت بسیار زیادی در مقابل فرسایش دارد.

ارزیابی مدل های تلفیقی شبکهی عصبیمصنوعی-موجک و برنامه ریزی بیان ژن-موجک در پیشبینیکردن خشکسالی کوتاهمدت
پیشبینیکردن خشکسالی نقش مهمی در طراحی و مدیریت کردن منابع طبیعی، سامانههای منابع آب و تعیینکردن نیاز آبی گیاه دارد. از سوی دیگر، تبدیل موجک یکی از روشهای نوین و بسیار موثر در تجزیه کردن پیامها و مجموعههای زمانی است. در این تحقیق پیام شاخص بارش معیار (SPI) با موجک مادر تجزیه کرده، و نتیجهی آن ورودی مدلهای شبکهی عصبیمصنوعی و برنامهریزی بیان ژن گرفته شد. برای پیشبینیکردن خشکسالی شبکههای عصبیمصنوعی شناسندهی چندلایه، تابع پایهیی شعاعی، برنامهریزی بیان ژن، شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی-موجک شناسندهی چندلایه، تابع پایهیی شعاعی، و برنامهریزی بیان ژن-موجک بهکاربرده شد. دادههای بارندگی از ایستگاه هواشناسی بیدستان با دورهی دادهبرداری 44 ساله در آبخیز شور استان قزوین گرفته شد. وضعیت رطوبتی با شاخص بارندگی بهمعیارشده در دورهی سهماهه محاسبه کرده شد. برای تخمین مقدار شاخص بارندگی بهمعیارشده در هر بازهی زمانی، اندازههای زمانهای پیشتر بهکاربرده شد. نتیجهها نشان داد که از میان 6 مدل بررسیشده، برنامهریزی بیان ژن-موجک با دقت بیشتری شاخص بارش معیار و وضعیت خشکسالی کوتاهمدت را پیشبینی میکند. در بهترین حالت نیز اندازهی شاخصهای R2، RMSE، MAE و NS در مرحلهی صحتسنجی برای مدل WA-GEP بهترتیب 0/911، 0/037، 0/022 و 0/845 بود.

مهم ترین عاملهای مؤثر بر توان آب زیرزمینی در آبخیز پیرانشهر (آذربایجان غربی) با مدل MaxEnt و سامانهی اطلاعات جغرافیایی
آب زیرزمینی یکی از مهمترین و حیاتیترین منابع طبیعی در منطقههای خشک و نیمهخشک است. هدف از این پژوهش شناختن منطقههایی که توان آب زیرزمینی دارد، و اولویتبندیکردن عاملهای مؤثر بر آن است. در این پژوهش 14 شاخص تأثیرگزار بر توان آب زیرزمینی شامل شیب، ارتفاع، جهت شیب، انحنای پستیوبلندی، فاصله از آبراه، تراکم زهکشی، فاصله از گسل، تراکم گسل، شاخص رطوبت پستیوبلندی، موقعیت پستیوبلندی، سختی پستیوبلندی، سنگشناسی، کاربری زمین، و موقعیت شیب نسبی بهکاربرده شد. بهروش تصادفی 30% از مجموع 145 چشمه در گروه دادههای اعتبارسنجی و 70% آن در گروه دادههای آموزش گذاشته شد. برای اولویتبندیکردن عاملهای مؤثر و پهنهبندیکردن توان آب زیرزمینی در آبخیز پیرانشهر روش بیشینهی آنتروپی و مدل MaxEnt با بهرهگیری از ArcGIS، و برای ارزیابیکردن مدل منحنی تشخیص عملکرد نسبی (ROC) بهکاربرده شد. نتیجهها نشان داد که توان آب زیرزمینی در 33/6% حوزهی آبخیز، بیشتر در مرکز آبخیز، است. بر اساس نمودار جکنایف لایههای شاخص رطوبت پستیوبلندی، ارتفاع، سنگشناسی (ماسهسنگ و پلمهسنگ)، سختی پستیوبلندی، موقعیت پستیوبلندی، و شیب بهترتیب مهمترین عاملهای تأثیرگزار بر توان آب زیرزمینی بود. سطح زیر منحنی (AUC) نشاندهندهی دقت 93% (عالی) روش بیشینهی آنتروپی در مرحلهی آموزش، و 81% (خیلی خوب) در مرحلهی اعتبارسنجی برای شناختن منطقههای دارندهی توان آب زیرزمینی بود. نتیجهی این پژوهش ممکن است در مدیریتکردن آب زیرزمینی آبخیز پیرانشهر در رویارویی با افزایش جمعیت بهکار برده شود.

بررسی ارتباط خشکسالیهای هواشناسی و آبشناختی در دشت هشتگرد
دشت هشتگرد از آبخیز ساوجبلاغ با اقلیم خشک و نیمهخشک یکی از دشتهایی است که برداشت آب زیرزمینی از آن در سالهای اخیر افزایش چشمگیری یافته، بهطوریکه در 5 سال اخیر بیش از 5 متر افت داشته، و بهنظر میرسد که نقش عاملهای مدیریتی در این دشت مهم است. در این مقاله برای یافتن اثر بارندگی و شرایط اقلیمی بر نوسانهای تراز آب زیرزمینی دادههای بارندگی 6 ایستگاه بارانسنجی و 21 چاه مشاهدهیی در دورهی دادهبرداری 1371 تا 1390 بهکاربرده شد. دورههای متوالی خشکسالی هواشناسی و آبشناختی با دو شاخص بارش بمعیار (SPI) و شاخص بمعیار تراز ایستآبی آب زیرزمینی (SWI) در مقیاسهای زمانی 6، 9، 12، 18، 24 و 48 تهیه شد. به دلیل این که توزیع مجموعهی دادههای بارندگی و تراز ایستآبی آب زیرزمینی بهنجار نیست، آزمون ناسنجهیی من–کندال برای تعیینکردن روند دادههای هواشناسی و تراز ایستآبی بهکاربرده، و نشان داده شد که روند شیب تراز آب زیرزمینی در همهی ماههای دوره کاهشی بود. بررسی همبستگی بین این دو شاخص تأخیر زمانی 24 ماهه بین خشکسالی هواشناسی و آبشناختی را نشان داد. شاخص SPI6 نیز نشان داد که بیشترین خشکسالی در دورهی خشکی در نیمهی دوم سال 1375 رخ داد. نقشههای پهنهبندی خشکسالی با روش IDW در مقیاس زمانی 24 ماهه نشانگر رویدادن خشکسالیهای شدید در جنوب حوزه است. در برخی جاها در منطقه، بین خشکسالی اقلیمی و آبشناختی تأخیر زمانی دو ساله بود. آگاهی از این مسأله میتواند به مدیران و برنامهریزان برای مدیریتکردن بهینهی منابع آب کمک زیادی کند.

مدلسازی توزیع مکانی تغذیه در آبخوانهای کارستی آبخیز تنگ خوش (استان بوشهر) با روش کارستلوپ
ارزیابی توزیع مکانی تغذیه در منطقههای کارستی نقش مهمی در مدیریت و حفاظت از منابع آبی دارد. بهدلیل پیچیدگی شرایط طبیعی و حرکت آب در منطقههای کارستی، چگونگی تغذیه در آبخوانهای کارستی پیچیده است و بهکاربردن روشهای مرسوم اندازهگیری تغذیه در ناحیههای کارستی نتیجهی رضایتبخشی نداشته است. کارستلوپ روشی جدید برای تهیهکردن نقشهی توزیع مکانی تغذیه و محاسبهکردن میانگین تغذیه در حوزه است. هدف از این پژوهش مدلسازیکردن توزیع مکانی تغذیه با روش کارستلوپ در آبخیز تنگخوش استان بوشهر است. نقشهی پهنهبندی منطقههای تغذیه با روش کارستلوپ در نرمافزار ArcGIS تهیه و برای ارزیابیکردن دقت آن در یافتن محلهای تغذیه، نتیجه با نقشهی زمینریختشناسی کارست سطحی، و ارتفاع محلهای تغذیهی برآوردشده با شیب ارتفاعی ایزوتوپی مقایسهکرده شد. شیب ارتفاعی ایزوتوپی با محتوای ایزوتوپی نمونههای بارش و ارتفاع محلهای نمونهبرداری در دورهی 1396-1395 ترسیم کردهشد. بررسی نقشهی رقومی تغذیه با روش کارستلوپ نشان داد که تغذیه در 45% از مساحت حوزه بیش از 60% است، و این محلها بر سازندهای آهکی منطبق است و بیشترین تراکم رخسارههای کارستی در آن است. ارتفاع محلهای تغذیهی چشمههای دوین سرمستان، گنوی و تنگخوش با شیب ارتفاعی ایزوتوپی به ترتیب 395، 376 و 429 متر برآورد کردهشد (در طبقهی 550-350)، و نقشهی توزیع مکانی تغذیهی بهدستآمده با روش کارستلوپ نشان داد که بر طبقهی بیشترین تغذیه (76 تا 86%) منطبق است. مقایسهی نقشهی تغذیهی روش کارستلوپ با ارتفاع محلهای تغذیهی چشمهها با شیب ارتفاعی ایزوتوپی نشان داد که کارآیی روش کارستلوپ در شناختن محدودهی بیشترین تغذیه، و مدلسازی توزیع مکانی تغذیه در آبخیز تنگخوش پذیرفتنی است.
