Watershed Management Research Journal, is an open access double-blind peer reviewed publication which is published by Fars Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education Center concerned with new concepts and findings in areas related to the watershed. Watershed Management Research Journal is a Quarterly publication, which publishes original research papers and review papers (See journal scope).

This journal is following of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through Hamyab software to ensure their authenticity to be assured about its originality and then rigorously peer-reviewed by the expert reviewers.

Watershed Management Research Journal from the fall of 2017, with the permission of the Policy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (citing letter No. 3/18/192916, dated 2017- 11- 13) and with scientific privileges, to the Research Center and Agriculture and natural resources education in Fars province was handed over and is continuing its activities with the new composition.
